These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dandelihub.com and any travel services, resort bookings, activity bookings, or tour packages you book through Dandeli Hub. Please read these carefully before booking.

By accessing our website, contacting us via WhatsApp, or making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. About Dandeli Hub

Dandeli Hub is a travel services company based in Dandeli, Karnataka, India. We provide:

• Resort and homestay bookings in Dandeli
• River rafting, jungle safari, and adventure activity arrangements
• All-inclusive tour packages for individuals, families, couples, and groups
• Travel planning and itinerary support for Dandeli trips

We act as a booking facilitator between travellers and third-party resort owners and activity operators in Dandeli.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

2.1 How Bookings Work

All bookings with Dandeli Hub are made via WhatsApp (+91 80884 20122) or by filling the availability form on our website. A booking is confirmed only after:

• You have received a written confirmation from Dandeli Hub via WhatsApp or email
• The required advance payment has been received

2.2 Advance Payment

An advance payment is required to confirm all bookings. The advance amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before arrival at the resort, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Booking Accuracy

It is your responsibility to check all booking details (dates, number of guests, package type, resort name) when you receive your confirmation. Please notify us immediately of any errors. Dandeli Hub is not liable for losses arising from incorrect details that were not flagged at the time of confirmation.

3. Pricing

• All prices on our website are quoted per person per night unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without notice based on season, availability, and demand
• The price quoted at the time of your booking confirmation is the price that applies to your trip
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices do not include personal expenses, tips, travel to/from Dandeli, or optional activities not listed in your package

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Guest

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

4.2 Cancellation by Dandeli Hub

In rare circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, government orders, resort unavailability), we may need to cancel or modify your booking. In such cases, we will:

• Notify you as early as possible
• Offer an alternative date, alternative resort, or a full refund

Dandeli Hub is not liable for any additional costs (transport, hotel bookings made independently) arising from such cancellations.

4.3 No Refund for Partial Use

No refund will be provided for unused portions of a package (e.g., if you check out early, skip an activity, or miss a meal).

5. Adventure Activities — Safety and Liability

5.1 Participation at Your Own Risk

Adventure activities including but not limited to river rafting, jungle safari, kayaking, zipline, zorbing, rappelling, and trekking involve inherent risks. By participating in these activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

5.2 Eligibility Conditions

• Minimum age for river rafting is 12 years
• Guests with serious heart conditions, high blood pressure, back problems, epilepsy, or pregnancy should not participate in adventure activities
• Guests must follow all safety instructions given by certified guides
• Dandeli Hub and resort/activity operators reserve the right to refuse participation to any guest deemed unfit for safety reasons

5.3 Liability Limitation

Dandeli Hub is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, loss of property, or death resulting from:

• Participation in adventure activities
• Failure to follow guide instructions
• Pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed at time of booking
• Acts of nature (flooding, wildlife encounters, storms)

5.4 Activity Availability

River rafting is subject to water release from Supa Dam and is typically available October–May. Activity availability may change without notice due to weather, government orders, or safety reasons. No refund will be issued for activities cancelled due to natural conditions.

6. Guest Responsibilities

By booking with Dandeli Hub, you agree to:

• Arrive at the resort at or after the stated check-in time (typically 12:00 pM)
• Check out by the stated check-out time (typically 11:00 AM the following day)
• Treat resort staff, guides, and fellow guests with respect
• Not damage any resort property — guests will be liable for the cost of damages caused
• Follow all forest department rules when on safari or in wildlife reserve areas
• Not carry or consume illegal substances on resort or activity premises
• Obtain any required permits (e.g., safari tickets at forest department gate counter — note these cannot be pre-booked through us)

7. Website Use

• All content on dandelihub.com (text, photos, logos, pricing) is the property of Dandeli Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission
• You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Dandeli Hub or other users
• We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free at all times
• We reserve the right to modify or remove content from our website at any time without notice

8. Intellectual Property

The Dandeli Hub name, logo, and all content on dandelihub.com are protected under Indian intellectual property law. Unauthorised use of our brand name, logo, or content is prohibited.

9. Force Majeure

Dandeli Hub is not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or fire
• Government orders, lockdowns, or travel restrictions
• Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• Civil unrest, strikes, or road blockages
• Power outages or internet service disruptions

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharwad, Karnataka, India.

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly at dandelihub@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 80884 20122. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 14 business days.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
